At the eco-farm Le Domain Vert, situated in the picturesque valleys of Correze, a 4-hour train ride from Paris, I will be hosting a one of kind cooking retreat.
In this retreat we will laugh, drink, cut, mix, learn, move, tour the markets and yes, cook.
During the retreat I will teach you what I have learned from 20 years of working as a professional chef, little secrets and tricks that will help you become a better cook in your own life. This is not a retreat for chefs. This is for everyone who wishes to better themselves as a home cook, expand their repertoire of dishes and learn new techniques to make later at home.
I will teach you an array of recipes, from vegetarian to meat, from salty to sweet and from simple to sophisticated. In addition, we will a market tour to a local food market in which we will explore, shop and take things with us to cook in our kitchen, sounds like fun right?
We will also have during each morning session a professional Yoga class given by our Yoga teacher, Shahak
The cost of the retreat including everything is just 500 Euros per person. This includes accommodation, food, the market tour and a trip to and from the nearest train station called UZERCHE.

On the farm we have a beautiful and modern wood and stone villa, equipped with 3 double rooms and one large room with 4 beds for singles.
We also have a separate wooden cabin (for additional cost) If you wish to stay on your own space.

If you cancel 30 days before the retreat begins, full refund.
If you cancel from 30 to 10 days before the retreat, we keep the deposit.
If you cancel 10 days before the retreat, no refunds.
